Assistant PR Manager

Responsibilities
- Focus on internal control topics, and also support on some business control activities or regional ad-hoc projects
- Participate in the retail audit of boutiques in the region (mainly Hong Kong), follow-up the action plan implementation
- In charge of an internal control tool implementation in the region and retail transactions analysis with results analysis and sharing to management
- Review of internal control process databases prepared by some markets (Australia, Thailand, Malaysia) and follow-up of action plans to mitigate internal control weaknesses
- Support the Regional Business Controller to prepare some monthly business performance reports, including the budgeting process: review and consolidation of markets data, preparation of presentation slides, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree graduated in Finance/Audit/Controlling from top business school or university, with first successful professional experience in finance (preferably in external or internal audit)
- 1-2 year work experience with knowledge in accounting process, internal control and operational risk management
- Good communication and presentation skills, detail-minded, strong analytical skills, proactive and ability to work within time constraints
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is mandatory, Mandarin/Cantonese are strongly preferable, French would be a plus

Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to Travel Retail Sales and Merchandising delegate and coordinator, including office supplies ordering and payment requisition;
- Organize shipment of product incentive to all retailers and arrange with Sales & Merchandising team all materials for promotion;
- Prepare and create planograms updates and Point of Sales Materials (POSM) order;
- Communicate with contractors about the marketing materials and POSM;
- Help Sales & Merchandising team to dispatch counter materials following guideline, as well as negotiations of cost.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in any disciplines, preferably in Business Administration, China Studies or International Studies;
- 1 to 2 years of working experience especially in retailing/ customer service;
- Open-minded, detail-minded and multi-tasking;
- Effective communication skills with good language literacy;
- Proficient computer skills and organization skills;
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
