Responsibilities
  • Assist in travel retail beauty training tools & programs development;
  • Provide support in video editing & translations coordination with external vendors;
  • Work with marketing teams to execute designs of training modules;
  • Provide logistics support to ensure training tools and materials are delivered on time;
  • Offer administrative support such as monitoring, managing and upgrading the databases; prepare and consolidate training reports for management review;
  • Support arrangements and ad hoc duties for Beauty Consultant uniforms.
  • Requirements
  • Diploma or above in HR/ Marketing/ Translations or related disciplines is preferred
  • Experience in clerical/ administrative support/ retail sales preferred; experience in retail/ beauty brands is an advantage;
  • Experience in training coordination is an advantage;
  • Processing digital savvy, adaptable to multimedia platforms, knowledgeable in video editing preferred;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin);
  • Good organization and communication skills;
  • Eager to learn, detail-minded and self-motivated with a good sense of responsibility;
