  • Enhance annual CRM redemption program by spending tiers based on sales data analysis;
  • Tailor made and execute CRM event based on different POS customer profile and need to enhance loyalty;
  • Prepare customer list extraction from system and design DM/EDM communication for campaign;
  • Assist and support the Marketing Manager in other areas if required.
Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing or CRM or Information Management or related discipline;
  • 3 years’ related experience in CRM; experience in in-house consumer brand/ retail / beauty industry is an advantage;
