• Willing to learn, passionate and excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Industry: Fashion & Leather

• Provide clerical and administrative support to HK & Macau retail operations team and stores;
• Act as the key contact point between stores and office for coordination of operational activities;
• Ensure smooth procedures and policies are applied well in stores;
• Produce weekly/monthly sales reports;
• Assist in the coordination of new store opening / renovation projects;

• Responsible for formulating strategic vision and product management of our swimwear/ footwear brand, working closely with development group and other product managers to develop and grow the product strategy

• To support the full set accounting; coordinate account receivables and payables;
• To assist in the consolidation of periodical financial reports and analysis;
• To support audit and legal filing duties, ensure the compliance of laws and regulations;
• To assist in the operation and maintenance of accounting system, ensure the reliability of transaction data;
• To work with China accounting and retail team on daily accounting operations.
