Responsibilities
  • Maximize brand retail and net sales in HK & Macau to grow market share, ranking and productivity
  • Manage and build up an effective retail team organization (both office and frontline level) and maximize team productivity and performance
  • Maximize and enhance POS productivity in all levels, including but not limited to promotion and events, stock, visual merchandising, people and operation management etc.
  • Deploy all retail projects to enhance retail efficiency
  • Be the market intelligence on key competitors’ activities

Business Analysis & Actions

  • Deliver and construct retail, net sales and selling expense budget (both monthly and yearly)
  • Develop and explore business strategy by retailers
  • Develop sales target and manage sales performance by door to reach the target
  • Manage P&L (mainly on staff cost and POS selling expense) and staffing levels by door based on productivity
  • Analyze weekly / monthly business and define key priorities / KPI to direct reports and field team
  • Work closely with Marketing team to understand strategic product launches and ensure marketing calendar will grow sales

  • Coach, retain and develop talents with the best-qualified skillsets required to perform and to grow the brand
  • Communicate and work closely with Education team to define the training needs and approaches to enhance team productivity
  • Regular review, formulate and implement effective and competitive local incentive programs
  • Ensure that all counters are appropriately staffed with the right people in a timely manner, manage the recruitment procedure and staff discipline with corrective actions
  • Build up a retail team with strong TRIBE spirit and be in a goal driven mode

Operation, Promotion and Animation Management

  • Ensure POS follow company and store policies on operation, VM, MUE grooming and HR procedures
  • Handle customer complaints after Retail Manager / Retail Supervisor
  • Propose and to work with VM to enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising, decoration and operation conditions so as to maximize the VM impact at POS
  • Maximize POS ROI / KPI performance (both qualitative and quantitative) of promotional activities jointly aligned with Trade Marketing

Requirements
  • At least 8 years’ sales or retail management experience in cosmetics or higher segments consumer goods with 5 years in a managerial role
  • University graduate in business is an asset
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • An experience with an alternative (makeup) brand is considered an asset

Responsibilities
  • Liaise between Central Training, Asia Country Training Managers and Axis Training Managers/Trainers to identify needs in terms of training specificity activities.
  • Work closely with Central Training, Regional Marketing Operational and Asia countries to provide inputs on the development of training modules, training tools, consultation tools and specific protocols to meet Asia identified needs and demands.
  • Liaise with Central, plan and organize annual regional seminars and training for Training Managers/Axis Training Managers/Trainers, as well as targeted “Specialist / Expert” populations in accordance with Asia identified needs and sell-out priorities.
  • Coordinate and support Mystery Shopping, liaise with Central, follow up and accompany markets on restitutions and action plan.
  • Support and encourage best practice sharing linked to the axis across the region.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs linked to the axis.
  • Communicate and follow up with Asia Country Training Managers and Axis Training Managers/Trainers, assist them to identify areas of improvement, set up and validate appropriate actions in training linked to the axis.
  • Carry out regular follow up on Specialist/Expert populations to ensure consistent and high level of technique and service offered by our expert teams.
