Client Information Our client is a well-known beauty care brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Sales Manager to join their team. 
Responsibilities
  • Business Development:                                                                           -          Monthly sales analysis and report in comparison with target-          Work closely with supervisor (counter manager) to achieve sales target;

    -          Better understand the BD strategy and find opportunities to increase sales, in terms of store and product.                                                                                                                    

    -          Coordinate internally by department to identify regional routine responsibilities.

    -          Implement the project of new door launch.

    -          Balance stock.

     

    Cost Control:

    -          Headcount control within budget, including supervisor, beauty consultant.

    -          Travel arrangement, budget and expense control according to the policy.

    -          Control the expenses of counter maintenance and social activities within budget.

     

    Customer Relationship Maintenance:

    -          Responsible for business negotiation with retailers, e.g. promotion support, brand competition, etc.

    -          Assist in business negotiation, e.g. new door launch, close, and improvement of trade terms.

    -          Familiar with client, market, and competitor and corporate SOP.

     

    Team Building and Management:

    -          Responsible for team recruitment, management and motivation, ex beauty consultant.

    -          Deliver company culture, strategy and policy to all team members.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for training materials preparation including proofreading and content enhancement of current training support documents
  • Closely Work with the National Education Managers on the guideline of education activities, area of development, markets feedback collection and analysis.
  • Actively participate in the conceptualization of new product launches (tools; techniques; sales techniques) by assisting the marketing team in brain-storming sessions.
  • Liaise and facilitate/exchange best practices among the countries and with HQ
  • Monitor compiling / translating the training materials for the region

Requirements

  • Solid experience in field coaching/product training program design with strong strategic thinking mind-set
