Responsibilities
  • To handle full set of account; coordinate account receivables and payables;
  • To be responsible for daily accounting operation, such as data management, cash planning and budgeting as well as inventory control;
  • To assist in the preparation of periodical financial reports and analysis;
  • To support audit and legal filing duties, ensure the compliance of laws and regulations;
  • To assist in the operation and maintenance of accounting system, ensure the reliability of transaction data;
  • To work with China accounting team on daily accounting operations.
  • Requirements
  • Tertiary education; preferably in Accounting or Finance discipline;
  • 1-3 years’ hands-on full set accounting experience; experience in retail industry/ lifestyle brand is an advantage;
  • Understanding of/ experience in handling accounting operations for PRC is an advantage;
  • Fluent Cantonese; business level of Mandarin; communicative level of oral & written English;
  • Good quantitative, analytical and communication skills;
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, independent and flexible.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate the IT teams and IT operations in the Company
  • Responsible for supporting all aspects of internal systems infrastructure to help maintain the smooth running of the business and enable users to carry out their roles efficiently
  • Participate in planning the future system needs of the business, in terms of computer architecture, system analysis etc., and ensure tight control over budgets

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in in-house I.T. with 2 years in supervising role
  • Solid experience in C# .NET, VB .NET, ASP .NET Web Application, ASP .NET Web Service Application, Crystal Reports, Silverlight, IBM Rational Application Developer, IBM WebSphere Application Server, JavaServer Faces (JSF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Flash ActionScript 
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Experienced in shipping industry as a strong advantage 
  • Business level of both spoken and written English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work
  • Strong leadership skills, analytical mind-set with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able to explorer new technology.
