Client Information A well-known top-tier multi-national luxury fashion brand with proven global track record is looking for a CRM Specialist / Senior Sales Associate (CRM) to join their dynamic team at store level. This is an exciting opportunity for those who is eager to pursue a career in a world class brand.

A candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant CRM Specialist / Sales Associate (CRM).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client activities in store and out of store;
  • Provide personalized shopping services for customers and identify new potential customers;
  • Manage 1-to-1 appointments with Sales Associates towards weekly targets;
  • Train Sales Associates on appointment preparation & facilitate key appointments;
  • Monitor and drive the team to achieve CRM KPIs;
  • Explore partnership opportunities to reach new target audiences;
  • To work with regional CRM manager to develop annual CRM activity calendar;
Requirements
  • Good English and Mandarin
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Solid Store Management experiences (Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager/flagship store experience is an advantage)
  • Maintain long-term customer relation
  • Proactive, independent, energetic and aggressive selling
  • Strong CRM and business driven
