Client Information	Our client is an international leader in the customer service industry based in London, and has many well-known companies around the world as their business partners for over a decade. The company is now looking for a Customer Services Executive to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. The role is mainly to handle customers and members’ enquirers. It is a great opportunity for someone who desires to develop their career in customer service. Industry: Customer Service
Responsibilities	Report to the Operations Manager and support the operation of the Membership Services Department efficiently; Coordinate with internal colleagues for ensuring smooth services; Handle customers’ enquiries and membership administration through hotline; Ensure high customer/member satisfaction level; Prepare monthly reports.
Requirements	University Graduate or above; Minimum 3 years working experience especially in customer service industry is preferred; Good command of spoken and written Japanese and English; Good PC knowledge in MS and typing skill; Customer oriented with excellent complaint handling, communication and interpersonal skills; Hardworking, methodical and pleasant personality; Capable of working independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
