The company is now looking for a Customer Services Executive to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. The role is mainly to handle customers and members’ enquires. Responsibilities
  • Report to the Operations Manager and support the operation of the Membership Services Department efficiently;
  • Coordinate with internal colleagues for ensuring smooth services;
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and membership administration through hotline;
  • Ensure high customer/member satisfaction level;
  • Prepare monthly reports and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • University Graduate or above;
  • Minimum 3 years working experience especially in customer service industry is preferred;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Good PC knowledge in MS and typing skill;
  • Customer oriented with excellent complaint handling, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Hardworking, methodical and pleasant personality;
  • Capable of working independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
