Client Information	Our client is a well-known Hong Kong based company who has started by manufacturing high-quality metal accessories for European Fashion Industry and is now expanding themselves into the design of luxury pens. The company has been known with its skilled craftsmanship and high level consistency. They have also developed its own brand of female fashion jewelry which has been selling globally. Through combining traditional ideas with modern design and modifying prototypes, their artifacts have gained reputation around the globe. With teams from China and London, they have proven track record in Asia and Europe, and is now looking for a Technical Operations Manager/ Technical Operations Director to support their production team and assist their development. Industry: Manufacturing/ Engineering
Responsibilities	Manage and co-ordinate with Engineering, R&D and New Product Development related parties; Liaise closely with both the UK Design team and China-based Engineers; Keep track of the process selection and costing to meet clients’ and company’s standard; Supervise Quality Control team to monitor the production line; Support the swift resolution of any issues arise in production and engineering process; Oversee test production, process implementation and control; Based at the factory of Guangzhou as a key part of the senior management.
Requirements	At least 8 years’ working experience in engineering field; experience in China market/ mechanical engineering field/ CNC is highly preferable; Degree holder of Engineering or related disciplines, degree of BSME or other higher qualifications is highly preferable; Solid team supervision and development experience; Strong leadership skill with high emotional intelligence; Multi-tasking, organized, creative, detail-minded and with good analytical skill; Skillful in handling 3D software (Solid Works, Pro E or other similar software); Fluent Cantonese and English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage; Expatriate talents and Chinese with overseas exposure are highly preferred.
