Client Information Our client is a holding company engaging in jewelry retailing and wholesaling operations in Hong Kong. Its businesses cover gold ornament, jewelry, watch, and fashion and gift retailing. Their team is now looking for an experienced caliber to be their HR Manager.  This will be an incredible opportunity to work in a flourishing corporate and grow with the company. Less experienced caliber will be considered as Assistant HR Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Manage whole recruitment and selection cycle, including sourcing appropriate recruitment channels, screening and conducting interviews;
  • Handle full spectrum of compensation & benefit duties for regional offices of existing employees including Monthly Payroll, Payment for New Joiners and Leaver, Income Tax Reporting;
  • Design and implement training and development programs for staff and key talents and assist in performance appraisal and management;
  • Plan and implement employee relations programs and administration functions in relations to HR;
  • Manage HR functions for the corporate and front line team.
  • Requirements
  • Tertiary education in Human Resources Management/ Business Management is preferred;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources field;
  • Fluent Cantonese and English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage;
  • Strong planning and organization skills as well as analytical consideration;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient computer literacy, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

l   Conduct career meeting with key talents for retention, engagement and development purpose

l   Assist the organization and running of HR projects including recruitment campaign, etc. ;
