Client Information Our client is an international brand providing high-end make-up products. The company is now looking for a Logistic & Customer Services Executive to join their team, reporting to Logistics Manager.  This will be a great opportunity for someone who would like to build their career in luxury retail industry.Industry: Retail – Luxury beauty
Responsibilities
  • Responsible in logistics coordination of overseas shipment including communicating with related parties on the arrangements;
  • Work closely with 3PL warehouse/distribution center for daily logistics operations including the checking of stock availability & freight rate, preparation of relevant shipping documents, monitor the logistics flow;
  • Coordinate with internal parties like the Brands and Sales Department for store replenishment arrangement, sales orders and delivery issues;
  • Follow up sales orders and arrange on-time delivery; prepare required documents to facilitate sales orders and respond to shipment enquiries from customers in a timely manner;
  • Prepare regular reports, statistics analysis to management and handle daily operations records using NAV EPR and POS system.

 
  • Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines is preferred;
  • At least 5 years of logistic experience with knowledge on EPR/POS/WMS system is preferred;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese;
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and good communication skills.
