Responsibilities
  • Assist merchandising and logistic support to new openings and projects;
  • Prepare materials for new launch/animation and coordinate events;
  • Account for supply inventory, inventory level and inventory replacement;
  • Organize and maintain office common areas;
  • Provide help in clerical work such as paperwork, maintaining documents and data entries;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 
  • Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year experience in administration/ logistics;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications;
  • Good understanding of accounting and figures, and working knowledge of office equipment;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Team player who can work independently, resourceful, and self-motivated.
