| Responsibilities |
- Train Beauty Consultant on make-up knowledge, sales and communication techniques and support their routine performance;
- Support on ad-hoc projects while monitoring and assisting regional Beauty Consultant Seminar/workshop by areas;
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales target, maximize business opportunities and improve artistry skills;
- Collaborate with Regional Training Manager on achieving sales objectives and reviewing Beauty Consultant performance;
- Collaborate with retail & marketing team to support in make-up event/on-counter activity;
- Passionate in beauty trend with pioneer sense, able to share information on market trend and make-up knowledge with retail team and bring the brand artistry image to next level

| Requirements |
- Extensive make-up background with rich knowledge and experience in field coaching;
- 3-5 years of professional cosmetic industry experience/artistry experience;
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Dynamic, creative and self-motivated;
- 60% of field presence and willing to travel;
- Basic in MS Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
