Client Information The professional and well-known retailer of German and South Korea motor vehicles business with strong global connections is seeking for a CRM & Digital Manager. The role is to sit for the expanding marketing team, who will be collaborating with talented professionals. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at a world class brand.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior CRM & Digital officer.

Responsibilities
  • Plan marketing objectives and strategies
  • Analyze the market trends and recommend changes
  • Oversee creation and delivery advertisements, and other marketing materials
  • Gather and analyze customer insight, sales trends, ultimately engage customers
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities
  • Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or relevant disciplines
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in sizeable companies of which minimum 2 years at supervisory level
  • Competence in marketing and communications direct marketing, digital marketing, social media, database marketing, campaign creation, execution and monitoring
  • Understanding of trends in digital marketing and social media and their effective execution
  • Strong leader to stimulate and inspire the marketing team
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong in analysis
