Client Information Our client is a leading real estate developer for Hong Kong and mainland China marketing. The company has diverse investment on properties and is still on expansion in different potential market. The company is now looking for a Marketing Manager / Assistant for the operation of their shopping malls. It would be a great opportunity to develop a career in a prospective corporate.Candidates with less experience will be considered as the position of Marketing Assistant.Industry: Property
Responsibilities
  • Support companies objective through developing and formulating marketing activities, public relations, events management, online marketing and loyalty marketing;
  • Maintaining close relationship with external parties including tenants and business partners and develop positioning strategies;
  • Collaborate with different parties including both internal and external, on execution and management of platforms and campaigns to enhance brand awareness;
  • Undergo analysis for business review purpose;
  • Coordinate ad-hoc duties
Requirements
  • University degree holder, preferably in marketing or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 year’ working experience Property Developing, promotions and event management; possess strong press relations will be an advantage;
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Strong analytical consideration, leadership and communication skills;
  • Multi-tasking, proactive, detail-minded and independent;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
