Client Information Our client is a leading real estate developer for Hong Kong and mainland China marketing. The company has diverse investment on properties and is still on expansion in different potential market. The company is now looking for a Marketing Manager / Assistant to join their dynamic team. It would be a great opportunity to develop a career in a sizable corporate.Candidates with less experience will be considered as the position of Marketing Assistant.Industry: Property
Responsibilities
  • Support companies objective through developing and formulating branding strategies and CRM plans;
  • Collaborate with different parties including both internal and external, on execution and management of platforms and campaigns to enhance brand awareness;
  • Initiate and conduct market research, analyze the competitive environment and market trends; identify future business direction and develop them into achievable plans;
  • Maintaining close relationship with external parties (eg. Media, clients, etc.) and position business partners while supporting partnership campaigns;
  • Undergo analysis for business review purpose.
  • Requirements
  • University degree holder, preferably in marketing or related discipline;
  • Minimum 8 year’ working experience in marketing field with 3 years in supervisory roles; experience in MNC will be an advantage;
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Strong analytical consideration, leadership and communication skills;
  • Multi-tasking, proactive, detail-minded and independent.
