Client Information The leading and fast growing brand management company is looking for a Marketing Executive / Senior Brand Executive to join their professional and dynamic team. The group manages a portfolio of health and beauty brands in Greater China markets and aims to bring in quality and healthy beauty products to the regional markets.This is a great opportunity for someone who has great desire to build a career in PR & Marketing.Industry: Beauty (Retail and Wholesale)
Responsibilities
  • Assist brand owner in developing and implementing marketing strategies and programs for strengthening the brand positioning and increasing brand awareness;
  • Handle the business and channel development of the brand;
  • Drive performance through point of sale, visual elements that support brand and product category direction and strengthen brand’s presentation at retail;
  • Maintain the development/execution of seasonal in-store imagery for retail to align directive;
  • Engage in both long term and short term strategy in sales and marketing (yearly target and annual marketing plan);
  • Cooperate with external parties like digital media for advertising the brands to achieve brand sales target.
  • Requirements
  • University Graduation in Marketing or Operations Management;
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in retail industry, preferably in health/ beauty or luxury or agency background;
  • Excellent in spoken and written in Chinese and good knowledge of English and Mandarin;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Self-motivated, customer focused and task oriented;
  • Excellent communication skills, team building and interpersonal skills;
  • Has the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently.
