Client Information Our client is a leading real estate developer for Hong Kong and mainland China marketing. The company has diverse investment on properties and is still on expansion in different potential market. The company is now looking for a Treasury Manager to join their dynamic team. It would be a great opportunity to develop a career in a reputational corporate.Candidates with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Manager or a Senior Officer.Industry: Property
Responsibilities
  • Assist in sales and marketing strategies and ensure smooth operation;
  • Analysis market trends and practices of residential sales;
  • Organize sales and marketing activities including property tour;
  • Work closely with agencies for promotional campaign;
  • Handle potential clients and guests.
Requirements
  • 8 years’ experience in sizable property developer or consultancy firm for luxury properties;
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related discipline;
  • Excellent customer services, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analyzing and figure sense;
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Manager.
