Client Information Our client is a well-known international luxury beauty and perfume group with proven track record, who is seeking for a Retail Analyst/ Market Forecaster to join the dynamic team.  The role is to support their local marketing team in Hong Kong, surrounded by highly talented professionals, it is a great opportunity for someone wanting to build an international career at a world class brand.  A candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst/ Market Forecaster.Industry: Luxury Beauty
Responsibilities
  • Construct business planning, inventory budget as well as estimate sales target for new product launch campaign;
  • Monitor forecasting process to enhance short & long term forecast accuracy to improve inventory situation;
  • Support the executions of marketing & promotion activities in accordance with marketing strategy and brand image;
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure effectiveness of promotional items with the marketing plan;
  • Provide marketing administrative support and support ad-hoc projects.
  • Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing or related discipline;
  • 2-3 years’ related experience in marketing planning; experience in sales forecasting and /or MNC/ luxury beauty brand especially in skincare focus is an advantage;
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Strong analytical, planning and organization skills;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst/ Market Forecaster.
