Client Information Our client is a well-known and international luxury beauty brand with proven track record, who is looking for Regional Training Manager to join their team.

Industry: Cosmetic & beauty care

Responsibilities
  • Create effective training materials including trainer guides, job aids, visual aids, and learning reinforcement tools
  • Devise strategies in delivering product knowledge and establishing a training practice in the regions;
  • Monitor budget planning and resource allocation for training;
  • Review the market trend and the business need and propose the training programs;
  • Report to Managing Director.
Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably in business administration or related discipline;
  • L&D experience in creating effective training materials and developing professional skills training curriculum, preferably in a fast moving FMCG or retail organization
  • Good team working and networking skills at all levels
  • Leadership skills, team work, inter-personal skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate to people development and beauty industry
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
