This well-known brand is looking for a high caliber for the position of Regional Visual Merchandiser to join their energetic team and support the business development in Asia Pacific.

| Responsibilities |
- Ensure and control the brand image in TR APAC for counters and animations;
- Provide TR AP VM guidelines across axes to execute visual merchandising strategy in each POS;
- Provide and approve specific planograms for our 80 full-line counters and every new door;
- Source visual merchandising props, coordinate with vendors on production, and manage cost within budget;
- Coordinate with contractors for new development projects and liaise with each region Field Supervisor for execution follow-up;
- Update of the different POSM elements based on novelties and counter specificities.

| Requirements |
- University graduate in architecture or design related discipline is preferred;
- Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in cosmetics industry, preferably covering regional positions and understands travel retail environment;
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Dynamic, creative and self-motivated;
- Willing to have occasional business travel;
- Technical proficiency in 3-D drawing (Studio Max preferred) is important;
- Proficient to AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 3D Max is a plus.
