Responsibilities
  • To assist Area Manager for report consolidation and support day-to-day administrative tasks of the department;
  • To follow up closely on order processing and transmissions to the sales administration department;
  • To track clients ‘requests and make sure that a qualitative answer is given to each one of them;
  • To communicate new information to the clients: price listing, products delivery dates, brief on each new products or offers;
  • To assist marketing plan, such as new launches and promotion, follow-up and coordinates with contractors on brand guidelines.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related disciplines
  • With more than 3 years relevant working experience; experience in retail industry especially in beauty and cosmetics background are highly preferable
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin is a compulsory;
  • Strong IT and database skills (Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Solid numerical and analysis skills;
  • Strong administration skills and multi-tasking
  • Salary Range
 Negotiable
