The role is to lead a front-line retail team and to build business progressively. Responsibilities
  • Maximize brand retail and net sales in HK & Macau to grow market share, ranking and productivity;
  • Work closely with Marketing and Merchandising team to understand strategic product launches and ensure marketing calendar will grow sales;
  • Guide store managers to reach sales goals and to maximize team productivity and performance;
  • Deploy all sales and retail projects to enhance sales and retail efficiency;
  • Be the market intelligence on key competitors’ activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years’ managerial or supervising experience in sales/retail environment, preferably in luxury apparel/fashion;
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong written & spoken skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Degree holder in business disciplines, preferably in Sales and Marketing;
  • Detail minded and ability to work under pressure;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Retail Director.
