Our client is a well-known beauty care brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Retail Manager to join their team. 

A candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager

Industry: Beauty Care/ Cosmetics

• Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing and Training teams on developing and implementing retail sales strategies;
• Participate in staff recruitment process, provide coaching and training to work team in order to optimize team performance;
• Conduct regular store visit to manage daily store operations, ensure customer service standards by gathering customer feedback;
• Keep track of inventory level, contribute to the development and maintenance of inventory control system
• Perform sales data analysis, derive enhancement plans and strengthen business result;

• Tertiary education in any disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience, with 2 years in managerial positions, experience in retailing, fashion and beauty industry is an advantage;
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Outstanding leadership, people management and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, proactive and independent
