Responsibilities
  • Responsible in driving digital awareness and build international loyalty programs;
  • Formulate CRM and Digital marketing strategies, plan and manage marketing budgets;
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with various business stakeholders;
  • Maintain communications with customers via digital platforms;
  • Communicate with external parties to execute digital marketing campaigns;
  • To implement and manage SEO/SEM campaigns to enhance site ranking and search engine visibility, perform regular website audit;
  • Work on the customer journey and undertake all activities to drive CRM strategy, analytics, initiatives, systems, programs as well as all Digital Marketing.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in any discipline preferably in marketing;
  • More than 3 years of digital marketing and/or CRM experiences;
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Self-motivator, work independently and proactive;
  • Strategic thinking and multi-tasking.
