Client Information Our client is a leading and fast growing brand management company specializing in distributing International lifestyles brands.  The company manages a portfolio of health and beauty brands in Greater China markets and aims to bring in quality and healthy beauty products to the regional markets.  The company is looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to join their professional and dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has great desire to build a career in brand management.Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales & Marketing Executive.

Industry: Beauty (Retail and Wholesale)
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for assigned brands from online to offline to strengthen the brand positioning and enhance the brand awareness in the market;
  • Plan, organize and evaluate all online marketing tools, events, activities and campaigns (e.g. social media platform);
  • Plan and execute CRM program along with marketing strategies;
  • Responsible for in-store / retail operations, monitoring sales activities, stock & inventory management, staff management and training;
  • Prepare regular reports and ad-hoc data analysis as assigned;
  • Requirements
  • Degree holder in any discipline, Marketing/Operations Management is an advantage;
  • At least 3 years related experience in retail industry, preferably with health/ beauty or FMCG background;
  • Have proven experience in managing social digital content would be an advantage;
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented and accurate with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Self-motivated, organized with “can-do” attitude;
  • Good command of English and Mandarin;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales & Marketing Executive.
