Client Information Our client is a perfumery, cosmetics, and skincare line of a French fashion house, and belongs to the world’s largest luxury group. The brand is now looking for a Skincare Trainer to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. The role is to provide skincare training to all front-line sales staff and support the development of facial treatments. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at a high-end brand.Candidate with regional experience will be consider as Regional Training ManagerIndustry: Cosmetics
Responsibilities
  • Implement training strategies and specific training programs to achieve company objectives;
  • Conduct on-going classroom training to all frontline sales staff on product knowledge, application techniques and service skills;
  • Conduct on-going field coaching as well as follow-up and improve individual productivity of frontline sales staff;
  • Provide development program to Make Up specialists and beauticians with feedback and follow-up plans;
  • Prepare and update and training materials and tools periodically to adapt local requirements;
  • Support and assist in Marketing or PR activities including events, workshops or press conference.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in skincare retailing industry;
  • University graduate preferred; Certificated in ITEC and CIBTC diploma in skincare are highly preferred;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Excellent communication, coaching and organizational skills;
  • Able to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
