Client Information Our client is a leading real estate developer for Hong Kong and mainland China marketing. The company has diverse investment on properties and is still on expansion in different potential market. The company is now looking for a Treasury Manager to join their dynamic team. It would be a great opportunity to develop a career in a reputational corporate.Candidates with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Manager or a Senior Officer.

Responsibilities
  • Assist supervisors to liaise with internal departments, subsidiaries, auditors, and other third party professionals in carrying out different treasury functions;
  • Deliver corporate treasury duties such as liquidity management and regular treasury report;
  • Review and monitor cash flow for control and planning purpose;
  • Supervise subordinates in executing daily treasury transactions;
  • Handle any ad hoe tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience in sizable company;
  • Mainland working exposure is an advantage;
  • Familiarity with legal documentations related to bank loan arrangements and bond issuances;
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and self-motivation;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Manager or a Senior Officer.
