Client Information Our client is an international beauty brand with proven track record, who is looking for a high caliber for the position of Visual Merchandising Manager for Travel Retail to join their energetic team and support the business development in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities
  • To manage all visual images and activities for the travel retail market and ensure they are aligned with the brand’s strategy and direction;
  • To develop and implement VM guidelines and merchandising plans with regional team;
  • To plan and organize the VM calendar for new product launch;
  • To work closely with vendors, production house, and VM team on the implementation of promotional activities and visual retail executions;
  • To be responsible for budget planning and project management.
  • Requirements
  • Degree holder in Art/ Design or related discipline;
  • 5 years’ experience in visual merchandising/ project management/ retail design; experience in luxury retail/ beauty brands are highly preferred;
  • Regional/ travel retail experience is preferred;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Knowledge of 3D-drawing, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
  • Creative, detail-minded, self-motivated with good communication skills and strong market sense.
