Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline;
  • Qualification on LCCI Level 3 or above will be an advantage;
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting is preferred;
  • Proficient in MS Office Application, especially Excel;
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment;

The role is to coordinate with internal and external partners and handle props’ design and production.

Responsibilities

  • To coordinate with retail stores, factories in China and other external partners, including overseas distributors, production house, contractors and suppliers to execute production requests, seek approvals and track timelines;
  • To provide suggestions on product design and assist in color tuning and also design graph re-rendering;
  • To support the workflow from prototype to manufacturing, such as product development, vendor coordination, material sourcing and sample inspection;
  • To communicate with factories and ensure all projects are delivered on-budget, on-spec and on-time;
  • To support on clerical work such as purchase order preparation and ad hoc assignments.

 

Requirements

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • With solid experience in manufacturing (exposure on toys industry will be a plus);
  • Knowledge in AI and Photoshop is highly preferrable;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills;
  • Positive, proactive, detail-minded, self-motivated with good time management;
  • Occasional business trip to PRC is required;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education;

Project Manager

About the position:

The Project Manager will be part of the dynamic Global IT Projects team. He / she will be working closely with colleagues in Hong Kong and other regions to design, plan and execute IT projects. The Project Manager must have the capacity to maintain full control of multi projects simultaneously and take them all the way from design to successful operational execution.

 

Principle Job Responsibilities:
