Responsibilities
- To develop and manage company investor relations plan and event calendar;
- To conduct comprehensive competitive analysis of peers and market analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation;
- To prepare press release, company reports, presentations, script and Q&A for meetings; responsible for marketing communications; construct and manage corporate identity (HK & Overseas)
- To plan and execute investor relations activities as well as product branding programs, including investor meetings, roadshows product launch and promotion campaigns;
- To track outreach and meetings with investors via CRM tool, assist in responding investor enquiries, company website and research databases maintenance;
- To manage the external service providers such as IR/PR, legal, financial Info services, internet and conferencing.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in finance/accounting/business steam;
- 5 years of experience in public or investor relations industry (experience in banking sector or listed company is highly preferred);
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good organizational skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work with people from different cultures, backgrounds and work independently;

- Develops a center of expertise related to intra-APAC employee transfers (impacts on tax, benefits, etc.) with a focus on Singapore
