• To assist Area Manager for report consolidation and support day-to-day administrative tasks of the department;
• To follow up closely on order processing and transmissions to the sales administration department;

• To communicate new information to the clients: price listing, products delivery dates, brief on each new products or offers;
• To assist marketing plan, such as new launches and promotion, follow-up and coordinates with contractors on brand guidelines.

• Diploma or above preferably business, marketing or related disciplines;
• With more than 2 years relevant working experience; experience in retail industry especially in beauty and cosmetics background are highly preferable;
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
• Strong IT and database skills (Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint)

• To perform regular analysis on sales and budget related reports to support Sales & Marketing processes;

• Higher Diploma or above in new media, multimedia design and technology, digital media, film & television or related discipline
• With 3-4 years working experience in multimedia and video production
• Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Final Cut Pro/Premier, knowledge in After Effect will be an advantage
• Preferably experience in producing stop-motion animation

• To collaborate with the group’s Center Of Excellence (COE) to develop, maintain and review the talent acquisition and management program;

• Fluent Chinese and English; fluency in other Asian language will be an advantage;
• Familiar with the use of HRIS and social media engagement with digital savvy; knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills with business acumen;
• Analytical, multi-tasking, able to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of integrity.
