Responsibilities
  • Assist TR Director for report consolidation and support day-to-day administrative tasks of the department;
  • Follow up closely on expenses, manage credit noted and underpayments;
  • Track clients ‘requests and make sure that a qualitative answer is given to each one of them.
  • Communicate new information to the clients: price listing, products delivery dates, brief on each new products or offers.
  • Assist marketing plan, such as new launches and promotion, follow-up and coordinates with contractors on brand guidelines.
  • Requirements
  • Diploma or above in business, marketing or related disciplines
  • With more than 2 years relevant working experience; experience in retail industry especially in beauty and cosmetics background are highly preferable
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Strong IT and database skills (Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Solid numerical and analysis skills
  • Strong administration skills and multi-tasking

  • To manage and review employee benefits programs by reviewing and analyzing benefits needs, trends and costs; work with COE on the enhancement of C&B policies and practices and ensure the alignment with market competitiveness;
  • To ensure the planning, monitoring and assessment of employee work results by training managers are in line with the group’s direction;
  • To schedule management conferences with employees, resolve employee grievances and provide counselling to employees and supervisors when necessary;
  • To prepare and submit regular and ad hoc corporate and statutory HR reports and analysis for management review;
