Industry: Property

• Account for properties’ leasing and marketing activities;
• Maintain close relationship with key tenants for the property portfolio;
• Carry out market research ,analyze data and organize various reports;
• Evaluate and maintain tenant’s database;
• Work with internal parties on layout planning, tenants’ fitting out and refurbishment/ revamping works.

• University degree holder , preferably in Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline;
• At least 6 years of relevant experience with major developers;

Industry: Retail/Luxury retail

• Supervise and lead merchandising team to conduct merchandising planning, execution and communication strategies to meet company goals;
• Conduct regular market visit and share detailed market analysis and report internally;
• Work with vendors and material suppliers to source and develop appropriate materials and components;
• Conduct regular update on sell in and sell through of the brand and follow up on OTB application by communicating with retail and wholesale team;
• Evaluate opportunities by product categories with local team especially retail and wholesale customers to identify areas of growth, research needs and margin enhancement;
• Present the season collection and conduct product training to retail stores, distributors and subsidiaries across APAC market;

• University degree in business, fashion, textile related disciplines;
• At least 8 years working experience with minimum 3 years in supervisory role with experience in high end fashion brand;
• Strong leadership and coaching skill;
• Positive and mature mindset with excellent team spirit skills;
• Result oriented with strong communication skills and problem solving skills;
• Fluent in English; with good Mandarin and Cantonese.

• Implement design directions & collection ideas to meet business objectives;
• Handle full set of product development process from sketch for sample development to complete products;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet design schedules & requirements;
• Research and analyze fashion trends, trims, colors, theme boards, materials, etc.;
• Assist in creating client presentations and marketing materials;
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

• Graduates from accredited institution in Fashion Design or related disciplines, overseas background is an advantage;
• 1 – 3 years experiences in knitwear design, fresh graduates with potentials are also welcomed;
• Good markets sense and able to develop marketable collections to suit customers’ needs;
• Creative, self-motivated, independent, with good interpersonal skills;
• Excellent language literacy, English and Mandarin is a must, fluent Cantonese is preferable.

• Assist Sales & Marketing Team in record maintenance, data entry and clerical support;

• Diploma or above with 1 year or above experience;

• Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to Regional Director;
• Manage the general office administration for the regional office with headcount of 10 people;
• Manage and organize the schedule of Managing Director, to be responsible for meeting, conference or business travel arrangements;
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments or external parties such as vendors, landlords or suppliers for business functions and events; provide support in corporate communication;
• Consolidate reports, perform data analysis and assist in the preparation of business reports, proposals or presentations;

• Tertiary education in any disciplines, preferably in business administration;
• Minimum 7 years’ working experience as a Personal Assistant, with 3 years in serving Director or senior management; experience in serving senior expatriates is highly preferred;
• Experience in retailing or health and beauty industry will be an advantage;
• Native Cantonese, fluent English and Mandarin is a must;

• Responsible for design of 2D printing materials, artwork production, and graphic details preparation;
• In charge of monitoring production output and printing products quality;
• Initiate and follow up on all sample making related processes, progress improvement, including product related instructions and documentation work;
• Coordinate and manage the idea generation, completion and re-proofing of the aforementioned layout design;
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on such as sampling, merchandising, marketing and retail;

• Tertiary education in Graphic Design or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in graphic design (2D), preferably in a design-related agency or printing production;
• Knowledge in AI, Photoshop is a must;
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English is an advantage;
