Responsibilities
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-budget, on-spec and on-time;
  • Coordinate closely with factories and other external partners, including production house, contractors and suppliers to execute production requests, seek approvals and track timelines;
  • Report project status to Project Manager for feedback and approvals;
  • Provide innovative input to projects design and operations;
  • Assist the marketing and production functions for project presentation to different stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree holder or equivalent in related disciplines is preferred;
  • 1-2 years of working experiences in manufacturing (metal/plastic) industry or toys design is highly preferred;
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Excellent communication skills; Creative thinker

Responsibilities
  • Handle and supervise full set of accounts and general accounting operation
  • Prepare financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projection, taxation, treasury and management reporting for different business or functional units;
  • Responsible for monthly management report and financial statements on a timely basis;
  • Ensure accuracy of stock records, costs and movements, and facilitate effective inventory control and management;
  • Cooperate with the Chinese team to manipulate Chinese taxation and accounting operations;
  • Liaise and coordinate required work with external auditors, bankers, internal parties such as store team

Requirements

  • Tertiary education preferably in Accounting or Finance discipline, with LCCI level 3 or above; CPA qualification is required for managerial position;
  • 5 – 10 years of accounting and finance experiences in related fields including full set accounting, manufacturing or retail industry is preferable;
  • Candidate with hands-on retail experience is highly preferable;
  • Good understanding of PRC accounting and taxation operations is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
