Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business / Marketing Communication / Digital Marketing
  • 7 years of experience in a marketing management and exposure in MNC environment is a plus
  • Full knowledge of MS office
  • Proven experiences in digital marketing, PR, e-marketing and e-commerce
  • Exceptional knowledge with great understanding of the digital and social media scene
  • Fluent in English is a must

Human Resources Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 3 members to partner with other Human Resources teams to perform full functions of payroll, compensations & benefit for multi-brands in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Coordinate with external parties/agencies to manage payroll and other C&B process
  • Monitor all employment taxes and obligations, including local and regional expatriate management, for all brands and all levels
  • Ensure all payroll activities and the standards of compensation and benefits are executed in accordance with Employment Ordinance and company policies
  • Perform all round Human Resources administrative functions and data maintenance using HRIS system and conduct enhancement project to facilitate the process for local and regional team

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, accounting and finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of solid HR experience with focus in payroll fields, preferably with retail or beauty industry experience
  • Strong knowledge in C&B practices, salary and benefits administration
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant law and regulations for Hong Kong and Macau, familiarize in Macau operation will be an advantage
  • Proven leadership experience in managing an HR team, strong communication skills and facilitation ability
  • Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English, communicative French is a plus

  • Support the local teams on salary surveys and market benchmarking
  • Help to assess and implement company rules and policies, working closely with Country HR teams to keep abreast of market C&B trends and evolution, statutory/regulatory changes with impact on development of HR policies
  • Develop a center of expertise related to intra-APAC employee transfers such as impacts on taxation, benefits
  • Coordinate staffing budgeting, HR reporting processes (monthly headcount report and bi-annually social report), and provide analytical/monitoring support
