Client Information Our client is a well-known lifestyle Japanese Company with proven track in Retails industry who is looking for Japanese Speaking Executive Assistant to join their team as they are expanding the business in Hong Kong market. The Company is found in Japan in 1980 and has over 700 store in major cities around the world. It is carrying a wide range of good quality lifestyle products for its customers. Therefore, it will be a challenging moment to join the company and the professional team.
Responsibilities
  • Assist on brand building – observe and check the project schedule, progress of the projects and new business development plans
  • Assist and monitor translations tasks on promotional material and other corporate issues
  • Provide administrative duties for overseas offices and Hong Kong office
  • Handle legal documents and conduct internal control and internal audit
  • Responsible to staff training and monitor the team overall performance
  • Business trip to Japan is required
  • In charge of any other ad hoc projects/assignments
  • Directly reporting to Line Manager and supports Managing Director
  • Assist on any other ad hoc projects/assignments
Requirements
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese (with JLPT N1), good command in both written and spoken Chinese, English is a MUST
  • At least 4 year administrative working experiences preferably in Japanese Company
  • Experienced as Executive Assistant is highly preferred
  • Degree holder or above
  • Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
  • High sense of responsibility and able to working independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in PC application and MS office
  • Aggressive, Stable, willing to take challenge
Salary Range Up to HKD 34,000

Requirements
