| Responsibilities |
- To provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Director
- To handle the enquiries of the Director’s VIP customers and perform the role as a chief coordinator for the VIP Tours
- To prepare incoming and outgoing business correspondence, meeting minutes
- To handle phone calls and maintain good documentation systems
- To provide excellent customer services to all external communication to maintain company’s profile
- To coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangement
- Assist on any other ad hoc projects/assignments

| Requirements |
- At least 5 years secretarial experience, substantial work experience in customer services is definitely an advantage
- Good command of Chinese, English and Putonghua
- F.5 or above with formal secretarial training
- Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
- High sense of responsibilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Meticulous, well organized, willing to serve and can work under pressure

HKD 20,000 – 22,000 |
