Responsibilities
  • Conduct market studies to assess new business development opportunities off and online;
  • Develop strategic plan and marketing activities for brands building, awareness and reach business and sales objectives;
  • Manage a network of multiple POS at specialised multi-brand beauty retailer, counter at Department stores, but also management inflight services;
  • To manage, coach and lead 1-2 assistants (Marketing Executive and Sales & education Executive) and a pool of beauty advisors (Department stores) of around 10 staff;
  • Conduct seasonal analysis report for management on sell-through, local market feedback, business intelligence report on competitors, market trends, and suggesting corrective actions when required;
  • To build strong relation with Brand’s Headquarter marketing and branding team to get optimal support .
Requirements
  • Tertiary Education Degree holder or equivalent in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in business management and marketing for MNC or International company preferably in luxury beauty with solid sales channels expertise
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proactive, self-motivated with effective communication & interpersonal skill
