Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic thinking and provide overall creative leadership in developing the creative concepts and the collections for menswear and womenswear including woven and knit.
- By reporting the Managing Director, this role is to lead the designer team in developing the creative collection and initiatives with consideration of budget implication.
- Develop visual merchandising strategies and execution planning for retail point of sales in different markets.
- Collaborate with supply chain and other departments to ensure an alignment of the product development cycle.
- Work closely with marketing and commercial teams in establishing marketing plans and compelling content for potentials in different markets.

Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Art and Design; Fashion and culture relate disciplines
- Over 10 years of creative design experience; with 5+ years in leading the creative direction with concept development and managing the production time line
- Familiarize the Asia region, especially China market
- Creativity with business sense and solid team management skills.
- Strong English (especially written) and Mandarin literacy
- Occasional travel to the Mainland after the business travel restriction is released

- Facilitate IP and patent management
- Work closely with the Research & Development team for the IP / patent, licensing or trademark related issues such as clinical trial agreements, agreements for both in-licensing and out-licensing of biopharmaceutical products, IP filing strategies
- Conduct legal research related to IP/trademarks and template review

Requirements:
- University degree holder in Law or equivalent
