Responsibilities:

  • To report to the Regional Marketing Manager, this role is to ensure the efficient elaboration and implementation of the harmonized make-up strategies for the Asia Pacific Region.
  • To act as a project leader to implement 360 degrees launch program and visual merchandising;
  • To facilitate the strategic marketing planning for the category; ensure launch readiness working with headquarter, other regional functions and the local affiliates;
  • To analyze the needs amongst market and initiate regional program to optimize the offer from Head Office

Requirement:  

  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing and category management within an international context.
  • Local market experiences a must, preferably in Cosmetics. Experience in luxury brands is advantageous.
  • Fluent English, ability in Cantonese and French and other Asian languages is a plus.
  • Digital Savvy with good understanding in CRM and operational processes of the industry
  • Analytical thinking with strong numerical skills and business mindset.
  • Proactive and open-minded with excellent communication and organizational skills
