Accounting & Business Analysis Officer 

• To be responsible for handling daily accounting duties and support related clerical work;
• To perform regular analysis on sales and budget related reports and forecast;
• To coordinate with frontline sales and store team on sales achievement tracking;
• To update and maintain in-house database and participate in projects, such as system implementation and enhancement when necessary.
• To handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Diploma or above in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in retail industry; experience in financial analysis is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office Application, especially Excel;
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Good organization and consolidation skills with numerical sense;
• Detail-minded, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting and Business Analysis Assistant.

Project Supervisor/ Coordinator  

• To support the Project Leader and production team for planning and coordinating the production project for props;
• To keep track of the project status and report to Project Leader for feedback and approvals;
• To coordinate closely with retail stores and factories in China and other external partners, including overseas distributors, production house, contractors and suppliers to execute production requests, seek approvals and track timelines;
• To collaborate with various internal functions especially sales and licensing team on production workflow and operation;
• To assist the marketing and production functions for project presentation to different stakeholders;
• To ensure all projects are delivered on-budget, on-spec and on-time.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in project coordination or related discipline;
• Exposure on toys industry will be a plus;
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills;
• Positive, proactive, detail-minded, self-motivated with good time management;
• Regular travel to China is required;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Supervisor.

 Regional CRM Manager, APAC      

Industry: Luxury beauty

• To facilitate the effective execution of data-driven CRM strategies across digital and physical consumer touchpoints and ensure they are in line with global and regional direction across the Asia Pacific region;
• To drive and implement policies, guidelines, standards and best practice for VIP and loyalty programs and ensure their alignment with global strategies;
• To work closely with the digital marketing and ecommerce teams on identifying and developing strategies for more effective targeting and personalization across different social media platform with the use of CRM data;
• To support the execution of CRM activities in markets where no capabilities exist locally; including agency management and the execution of email campaigns;
• To ensure the legal compliance of CRM data application.

• Degree holder, education background in Marketing/ Business Administration is an advantage;
• 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in luxury retail sector; experience in luxury beauty brands will be highly regarded;
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Solid experience in using business intelligence tools such as Qlikview, PowerBI or related platforms;
• Excellent analytical, communication, decision-making and influencing skills;
• Independent, able to work in a fast-paced environment, a good team player with customer-driven mindset.

HR Business Partner/ HR Manager      

Our client is a leading global distributor of luxury beauty products with presence in retail and e-commerce platform, who is looking for a high caliber to join their dynamic team as HR Business Partner/ HR Manager and manage the all-rounded HR operations.

Industry: Beauty

• To work closely with line managers on manpower budget and arrangement based on business needs;
• To collaborate with the group’s Center Of Excellence (COE) to develop, maintain and review the talent acquisition and management program;
• To manage and review employee benefits programs by reviewing and analyzing benefits needs, trends and costs; work with COE on the enhancement of C&B policies and practices and ensure the alignment with market competitiveness;
• To work closely with the line/ training managers and ensure the planning, monitoring and assessment of employee work results are in line with the group’s direction; provide coaching, counselling and resolve employee grievances when necessary;
• To prepare, update and recommend HR policies and procedures and ensure the legal compliance and the adherence by the company;
• Be responsible for the monitoring and implementation of HR projects.

• Bachelor or above in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 8 years’ experience in HR preferably in all-rounded aspect; with 5 years in managerial positions; experience in beauty/ high-end brands will be highly regarded;
• Fluent Chinese and English; fluency in other Asian language will be an advantage;
• Familiar with the use of HRIS; sophistication in social media engagement and knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
• Possessing digital savvy and business acumen; strong communication, presentation and influencing skills;
• Analytical, multi-tasking, able to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of integrity.
