Responsibilities
  • Oversee all accounting and financial activities to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and Group policies;
  • Provide strategic advices to the finance management and operational development;
  • Prepare budgets, management and financial report to Hong Kong Head Office;
  • Monitor and improve financial controls in compliance with the Group Policy;
  • Co-ordinate with the Group external auditors to complete the interim and annual audit;
  • Deal with various local government officials in respect of regulatory & compliance issues, including tax, accounting & foreign exchange matters.
Requirements
  • 15 years’ experience in listed / sizable organizations;
  • Mainland exposure is a must;
  • Comprehensive understanding of Mainland China operations, GAAPs, tax and relevant statutory rules and regulations;
  • Member of the HKICPA or equivalent;
  • lProficiency in Putonghua is a must;
  • Experience in big four CPA firms is preferred.

  • Responsible in logistics coordination of overseas shipment including communicating with related parties on the arrangements;
  • Work closely with 3PL warehouse/distribution center for daily logistics operations including the checking of stock availability & freight rate, preparation of relevant shipping documents, monitor the logistics flow;
  • Coordinate with internal parties like the Brands and Sales Department for store replenishment arrangement, sales orders and delivery issues;
  • Follow up sales orders and arrange on-time delivery; prepare required documents to facilitate sales orders and respond to shipment enquiries from customers in a timely manner;
  • Prepare regular reports, statistics analysis to management and handle daily operations records using NAV EPR and POS system.
